Routing Control:
At your request, we will coordinate with your supplier and determine the most expeditious and economical means to forward your merchandise out of the U.S.A. to Bangkok, giving name of port/airport along with accurate transit time from the supplier plant to Bangkok.

Cost Control:
As defined in your purchase order and supplier information, we will advise you of the weight, number of pieces and transportation costs including inland trucking and cartage services. This figure will be our selling price to you.

Service Control:
We will maintain contact with your supplier and advise you of the progress of your order. We will monitor your shipment from the time it leaves the supplier’s plant until it reaches it’s designated departing port and arrival at Bangkok. A full report stating status and forwarding details will be faxed to you immediately after departure from the U.S.A.

Quality Control:
In an effort to further protect the interest of our customers, we take an active part by working together with the supplier and loading experts to determine the best possible system for blocking, loading and tracing cargo to insure that your shipment will arrive in good condition.

Documentation:
We are well equipped to prepare shipping documents to suit your needs, within the boundaries of shipping regulations. All documents can be faxed at the time of departure for your records and for pre-custom clearance and verification.

Insurance:
Siam International Freight lines, can offer insurance on all shipments. Insurance is provided through a policy with Trade Insurance Services Inc. and covers your valuable cargo during transportation. Errors and omissions insurance (E&O) provides our clients with insurance against mistakes made during business operations.

Crating & Packaging:
Siam offers in-house crating & packaging service available to our customers for the protection of their valuable cargo. Our crating & packaging are in accordance with the International Standards for Packaging and assembled on our premise to pass the savings on to our customers.

Consolidation:
Often, our customers are challenged with orders coming from many different suppliers. Siam’s solution to these common challenges is a 17,000 square foot warehousing space in our Los Angeles terminal to receive and consolidate all your orders. Upon receipt of any part of your order(s), we check all products to make sure they are in good condition and immediately contact you as well as your supplier when there is a problem. Siam will hold your order with no storage charge until the order is complete. We serve as the third party check point to insure safety and quality of your merchandise.
