We have been transporting Personal Effects for Thai students going back home to Thailand for more than 10 years and wish to offer our shipping services to all other Asian students. We can assure you of our reliable and most of all, cheapest means to sending your belongings back home to your country. Please take a moment to read the shipping guidelines detailed below and you will find it is much easier than you ever imagine.

SHIPPING/RECEVING TERMINAL IN U.S.

We have 95 terminal locations in the U.S. to receive your personal effects, see nearest location as shown on our company website.

IMPORT REGULATIONS - DUTY EXCEMPT

Any reasonable amount of used household and personal effects including sporting equipment are considered duty exempt items (no-duty). Except newly purchased high value items are subjected to duties, pending discretion of Customs Authority of that country.

SHIPPING COST - DETERMINATION

We have fixed shipping cost from each terminal to the arrival port of the countries listed above. Cost is based on U.S. dollar per Cubic foot times (X) overall volume in cubic foot of your personal effects. We have a minimum shipping cost which varies between U.S. west coast and east coast ports, namely, ex west coast port is usd 140.00 and usd 290.00 ex east coast ports, this minimum charge allows you to send up to 35 Cubic feet or 1 Cubic meter. Call us with your projected shipping volume in cubic foot and we will give you an estimated shipping cost.

SHIPPING VOLUME (CUBICFOOT): DETERMINATION

Measure each side of the box in inches and divide by 1728
Example: Box length 35 inches, width 20 inches and height 20 inches
              35 x 20 x 20 = 14000 divide by 1728 = 8.10 cubic foot

PACKAGING

As a damage preventive measures, all items must be packed in a strong and hard cardboard box on in plastic container, suitcase and golf bag is acceptable. Remove old label if you're reusing the box. Receiving terminal has all the rights to refuse accepting box deems unsuitable to transport due to inadequate packaging.

MARKING/LABELING

Name and destination address of the sender/receiver (same person) must be legibly and durably marked on each and every box, either by hand written or a printout from word processor. A booking number (to be given by Siam shipping agent) must also be shown on the box.

PACKING LIST

Import regulations of each country requires a packing list detailing items you put in each box along with its estimated depreciated value.

DESTINATION HANDLING

There are several governmental expenses that you have to pay at each destination port, such as, terminal and port fees, etc.. We have our own nominated agent at each arrival country to assist you with the arrival formalities, customs clearance and home delivery if need.
